
This is something I came up with while living in Bulgaria (See Letters From Abroad on this site). It makes a great salad dressing as well as a sauce for kebabs, meatballs and many mediterranean dishes.
3 cups yogurt (Preferably fresh, from a mediterranean deli, or use thick greek yogurt.)
3-5 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp lemon juice.
Crush the garlic in a garlic press or mortar and pestle. Add all ingredients together.
