This second series of “Letters From Abroad Written in Blood” covered our time living in Bulgaria and the Czech Republic in 2001. It was similar to the 1999 trip, although this time I spent most of it in Bulgaria and less in Prague, whereas 1999 was the opposite. More of these survived, although the first one did not. Do remember that I really did like Bulgaria, I just had to make fun of a few things.
